Focused on educating others about  supporting local food, and relying less on conventional grocery stores, I share my experience with you along the way in hopes of helping others become more self-sufficient and confident in the kitchen. On my blog, Table Tales, I share new recipes and seasonal inspiration, while also providing glimpses from my home studio, showing you behind-the-scenes of what I am currently working on creatively. Hello there! My name is Tori Koller, a seasoned chef and a versatile artist with a broad range of skills. My areas of expertise include watercolor illustration, block printing, photography, and food writing, all of which reflect my passion for local food, nature, animals, and the environment. I draw inspiration from these interests and incorporate them into my artwork to create unique and meaningful pieces.

When I'm not tending to my garden or working on creative projects for Moral Market, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my service dog, Mabel - who are both essential parts of my life. When it is time to relax, I dive into my favourite hobbies: Knitting, and connecting with nature through hiking or camping. I often lose myself in the pages of my extensive cookbook collection, finding joy in the culinary inspiration they provide.
